Meditation and Yoga
I never thought that using these would help and make myself more calm to being less stressed. I tried and caught on to doing this once but became more daily and onging weekly/monthy for last few years. It does open your mind and thinking very well and changes how you think negativly to positivitly.

Nadia is a leading teacher of yoga in the UK. She has a great way to make meditation/yoga fun. Her dvds are very well done and help you find your inner happiness and chi. I would reccomend seeing her instruction videos and trying out her meditation. It will make changes to your mind and self thinking.
Ms Koya Webb is a true Wellness Visionary, Holistic Health Coach, & Yoga Instructor on a mission to empower people to live a healthier lifestyle. Koya is very Great and awesome i caught on to her late but she has a way and knack to make a bad life style better and improved from her youtube channel.
Learned new way its called Zen ( chinese way) and its a combo of meditation and chakra) I use it to my my zen state. There is a great book related and connected to meditation, call The Mindful Lifestyle by Gary Green great info to using Mantra and Mindfulness found on amazon.com
