Hey I have been away for past months as I didnt have time to update and upgrade my site. I have found time to do both and Recently made new pages within about fitness and meditation Tips. I have tried to make known that all items remaining on facebook are for sale, but due to being assumed as a non usa seller i had to use other sites as nextdoor.com and use free selling on Facebook of freecycle.
